Filipino-Style Skewers

INGREDIENTS:

Pork, Cane sugar, Water, SOY SAUCE (water, WHEAT), Salt, Colour: Caramel, Fresh Garlic, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Black Pepper, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative, (Sodium Benzonate), Distilled Vinegar, Modified Cornstarch, SESAME OIL, Star Anise, Cinnamon

1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer at 170°C (Gas Mark 3).

2. Cover Pork BBQ Sticks loosely with foil to prevent them from drying.

3. Reheat for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C.

4. Alternatively, Microwave on Medium Power (400-500W) for 2 minutes. Do not use foil in the microwave.
